** Due to the current situation, we are only allowed to have 6 people per class (in studio). Pre registration and payment is required.**
Due to Covid-19 we are not offering our daily classes right now. Instead, we are offering private lessons and/or small group classes (up to 6 people). Connie will also be offering pop up small group lessons. To stay up to date with her pop up classes, please text @heg4ge to 81010. All pop up classes will be announced via text.

RNS offers adult fitness classes 7 days a week! We have Zumba, Total Barre, and Strong by Zumba. All classes are for men and women and are taught by our amazing fitness instructor., Connie DiStefano!
Connie DiStefano began teaching fitness classes in 2009, when she received her first fitness certification from Zumba. Since then, she has accumulated almost a dozen certifications between Zumba and Total Barre. She is continuously expanding her expertise by attending trainings and certification courses.
Connie's certifications: TotalBarre Instructor Foundation Course Level 1 , Core Instructor Foundation Course Level 1, Strong by Zumba, Zumba Basic, Zumba Toning, Zumbatonic, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Sentao, AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification.
